Boxing is the worlds oldest fighting style and the greatest test of conditioning and will power. Boxing is many things to many people, for some a means to improve fitness, a way to defend one’s self, an amateur hobby, or a professional career. KMA San Diego –  Convoy Boxing offers fitness boxing classes that are designed to teach you to box, however, this is not your typical boxing class, our instructors are going to personally assist you to learn the sweet science. In every class you will get 1-1 attention from the instructor to improve your skills. You will also work with a partner to learn the skills of both defense and offense, and you will get tough and focused conditioning drills to take your fitness to the next level.

Many boxing gyms are focused on their fighters, a few guys at the top of their game who bring prestige to the gym. Not at Convoy Boxing, here we aim to take every day people and build their skills and improve their ability and fitness. At the same time we will attempt to build everyone’s fitness to a competitive level. Not everyone can be a fighter, but anyone can work like a fighter to see the results in weight loss, muscle tone, and endurance.

Our instructors have years of competitive international boxing experience and currently train competitive fighters who are out winning championships internationally. We bring this experience and dedication to your training every day.
